Project description:
- Integration of process module to ultra pure water and control panels
- Leak testing of interconnecting tubing/piping
- Full commissioning Gruenbeck ultra pure water systems (UPW)
- Circulation of the UPW trough the Anode vessel
- All commands checked through the control panels
- Set-up of instrument air and N2 system
- Check all pneumatic controlled valves
- Circulation of the Coolant/Heat exchangers
- Full commissioning of the electrical system (IPS/Siemens)
- Full commissioning of the Chiller and Blowers
- All loop-checks and full functioning test of all transmitters
- Calibration of the gas detectors (O2 & H2 sensors)
- Cause & effect functional tests
- Feedback systems to the internet portal (Ixon)
