  • Preparing design basis, specification, datasheets, I/O list, material take off (MTO), BoQ, cable block diagrams, wiring diagrams, instrument hook-up drawings, cause & effect matrix…
  • Preparing instrument air / hydraulic consumption calculation, cable ladder, tray sizing report,…
  • Review of P&ID and other discipline document.
  • Experience in procurement support for all Instrumentation & Telecom package: ICSS, WHCP, Actuated Valve, Control Valve, Regulator, PSV, Electronic Transmitter, Analyser, F&G Devices, PAGA, Telecom,…
  • Preparing technical bid evaluation criterial, do technical bid clarification, technical bid evaluation.
  • Review Vendor data and incorporate to detail design documents.
  • Control System Design: ICSS, Unit Control Panel, CMMS, AMS/IMS system, SCADA.
  • Telecom Engineering: PAGA, LAN system, Telephone, CCTV

FIRE & GAS and FIRE FIGHTING ENGINEERING

• • Fire Suppression System Design: Inergen, Foam System, Deluge System
  • Fire and Gas detector and Alarm: Flammable Gas Detector, Smoke Detector, H2S Detector, Heat Detector
  • Fire Water System: Fire Water Pump, Jockey Pump.
